Rates start from as little as £8.50 hour (all inclusive). Our clients range from small companies to large multinational corporations.

Calls are generally from our overseas call centre in Morocco back into the UK.

Depending on the number of calls to be made, two or more agents will be assigned to your campaign.

All B2B calls are made 9am-5.30pm Monday-Friday, or up to 9pm Monday–Saturday in the case of consumer campaigns.

We are able to offer calls to not only the UK but most European countries with, in many cases, the agents being native speakers from that country. Most of our agents are university graduates many having grown up and been educated to university level in the UK or other European countries.

Full reporting is provided.

Our all inclusive pricing includes the cost of calling clients and assumes all calls are being made to landlines (ie numbers beginning 01 or 02). Additional pricing may apply to calls made to non standard numbers such as mobiles, premium rate and non geographic numbers. Pricing is on a daily rate (per hour), but can also be quoted on a per call rate if required.
